Guy Fieri was born to Penny Anne and Lewis James Ferry. He grew up in California and there he got his chance to be an exchange student in France. With his good appetite and skills in cooking, Guy Fierri was never questioned with his success in his cooking career for all the years that he passionately worked for. Guy Fieri began his infatuation and involvement with the food industry when he was a kid in California, by simply being involved with the sale of pretzels. He even worked as a dish washer in restaurants for him to be able to get some profit for his trip to France and for him to be able to finance his Culinary Arts education.
